Freezing and continously restarting M30s

 I am using Samsung m30s mobile from past 1.5 years. After July security update my mobile is continuously restarting unexpectedly and freezing suddenly. Please help me out from this problem. What should I do? Where I have to complaint about this. Do the needful.

My M21 too, service center people asked me to change motherboard for 8000.Mine happened after the update too.Very disappointing.

8000? Oh my god, these samsung mobiles are hectic, they have to reslove this problem. How to complaint this issue do you know about anything??

After recent update issue happened??

Check a once in Device care auto restart option is on or off?

This issue happened in A and M series M21, M30s, M31, A50, A51....etc

From Remote support they can diagnose device online and create a Report

Otherwise via ask questions you can conclude your problem with device.
