I have written few posts on the samething.  Fingerprint sensor is not working. It shows "Fingerprint sensor is not responding. Try again later". I tried all factory reset, cleaning cache, software update. But still same issue.
I went to service center, first they did something and said the Fingerprint sensor issue resolved. The cause was the fp sensor was not connected properly. But it again failed in sometime. When I went back they are saying water log issue. I never put my mobile on water or used in rain. When i asked they showed some marks on charging port and they said bcz of this they fp sensor is not working and the board has to be changed which costs Rs.1500. Seriously I didnt face any other issue apart from fp issue. Why they should change the charging board for fp issue. Can someone help what to do further.

Bro, do not accept Service center's reply.
Escalate issue to higher level by writing to service head and write to ceo.
If they still do not agree then approach consumer forum/court.

Tried this already and shared logs. I don't trust response from service center guys. Seriously if there are some water lock in charging port, fingerprint sensor will not work? Everything works fine apart from Finger print sensor. I have shared logs many times already. Cannot reset device anymore and not going to trust.
