My Samsung M33 5G has 30GB of photos, videos and audios automatically deleted. Even after talking to customer care and taking remote support, no reason could be found for this happening. Samsung Care only said that they do not have information related to the reason for the file deletion. According to him neither my phone is hacked nor there is any virus in the phone. After deleting the data of such a huge file, I can't trust the phone's internal storage anymore, the data may get deleted in the future.

When I had the M20 (2019), Auto delete unnecessary data messed up my download files and wasted 1.5 GB of internet data since I turned it off.

I lost all personal pics & video, audio in internal storage. Before lost it i install AVG Antivirus App. Any app steal my files? Is it possible any app taken all my 30 GB personal files? Because there was nothing in the recycle bin either.
