Fast charging issue

After the new update on M30.....fast charging is not happening and have tried all the steps mentioned on the blog.....but nothing is happening.

you can buy a new cable and this issue resolved

Bro remove your cable from the adapter side, clean both and then put it back in the adapter.

Cable is fine.....tried charging other phones with it.....there fast charging is showing......charged in switch mode and it charged up back in fast charging mode.....so there is a bug in the new update.....please samsung team check on the same

Hi there,

Please perform the following step to resolve slow charging issue:

>Charge the device in switch-off mode.

>Charge the device with the other original charger.

>If available in your device than Enable fast charging (Scroll down notification panel>Setting >Device maintenance>Battery>3 dots (upper right corner) >Advanced setting>Fast cable charging>Enable).

>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->USB/Charger).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
