UI2 Update (Android 10)

Hi All, received Android 10 update in M30 handsets, there are few issue came out after updated.

1)Camera working slow and also while switching front to rear taking too much time.

Need to fixed this issue ASAP.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Camera > Settings of camera > Reset of camera settings.

2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache.

3- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

4- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > Error report/ Ask Questions).
