Before Update My Phone Runs perfectly ,after update phone restart again and again. ( After Service Center Visit Also )( No Software Solution Your Service Center Having )
Service Center Said : My phone need motherboard replace cost Rs.9600/- approx. ( reason of issue , your software update having bugs thats why my motherboard damaged )
Invoice Date : 14/08/2020 Model : SM317FZKEINS IMEI : 357230221427760

My question is why you team is made this update ,If Hardware not capable

Samsung only make fool in M series and F Series more than 60 percent having same issue in M series after 2 years
( if i lyer then check your ground survey , if i wrong i will give you new phone of samsung )

Samsung break my trust


i not argument with you because your team made my Money loss technically.

and Please Customer Representatives Don't call for teaching me the procedure for repair chargable services

In future i not recommend samsung smartphone , and i try to make boycott campaign to effect market of samsung .

No , providing 25% discount on repair motherboard cost

I say take this 25% back and give me in writing ( in future updates if same issue with same part repeat samsung will give new smartphone )

But ,  they said we can't give in writing
