I am facing freezing problem and restart problem ...I also sent a log to samsung ...but I am still facing same problem

This is a log that I send to samsung ...but I am facing problem again and again .Please help me out

Someone posted about this few months ago.I will say you in short.
He said while updating your phone if you pause in middle or if your data speed is low then all files are not downloaded and you may face auto restart issue.Espically exynosis processor phone like m 30,m 31,m 31s, m 21 etc

You cant solve it.The thing that you can do is.
When the next software update comes dont pause it in middle,dont update in background (eg- clicking download on update and using facebook or playing game etc),use wifi or update in night when data speed is more then it will be fixed by itself

I had se feedback they told me to do factory reset

Use phone in safe mode for 2 or 3 days and if in safe mode also it happens then its a bug only update can fix it.If you dont face auto restart in safe mode than some 3 rd party application in your phone is causing auto restart
