Possible Reasons and Solutions for Your Issue

If the default refresh rate of 90Hz on your Samsung Galaxy M14 4G feels like 59-60Hz, here are the reasons and solutions:

---

Reasons for the Issue:

1. Optimization Issues:
Some apps or the UI may not fully support the 90Hz refresh rate.

2. Performance Mode:
If the phone is in battery-saving mode, the refresh rate might drop to 60Hz.

3. Software Issues:
Bugs in the software or One UI can cause the refresh rate to underperform.

4. Hidden Settings:
If some developer settings are not tuned correctly, the 90Hz refresh rate might not work properly.

5. Hardware Limitations:
The M14 4G is a mid-range phone, and its processor might struggle to consistently support 90Hz during heavy tasks.

---

Solutions:

1. Check Performance Mode:

Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Performance mode

Enable performance mode.

2. Enable Developer Options:

Go to Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number, then tap the "Build number" 7 times to unlock Developer Options.

In Developer Options, enable "Force 90Hz refresh rate" (if available).

3. Remove Unnecessary Apps:
Uninstall unused or unnecessary apps to optimize your phone’s performance.

4. Check for Software Updates:

Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install

Make sure your phone has the latest software version.

5. Perform a Factory Reset (Last Option):

Back up your data and then perform a factory reset if none of the above solutions work.

6. Visit a Service Center:
If the problem persists, visit a Samsung service center for assistance.

---

Questions:

1. Is Battery Saver enabled on your phone?

2. Is your phone running the latest software version?

3. Does the phone slow down even more during heavy apps or games?

Copy this and share! Let me know if you need further clarification.
