if phone is less than 10 days since you bought. Claim a replacement on flipkart.

On 20th January 2021 , I placed a order for Samsung Galaxy f41 on flipkart, it was delivered on 22nd January 2021, after I opened the Samsung brand box I saw there was a small dent or scratch type in the back panel, and front camera misalignment, proximity and finger prints issues, after finding these I placed for replacement on flipkart, but they cancelled it saying that product was delivered safely, while it is a manufacturing defect, next again I placed replacement but this time they cancelled my replacement and also blocked my account, now I had to waste my ₹12999 for Samsung and flipkart, Dear Samsung and flipkart, you made my hard earned money to dump into your damaged Phone,
Waste of my money...,also you gave a invoice which is invalid, Damaged product no replacement, blocked account, and now **bleep** invoice.

In this case, you should file complain in consumer forum. They really need a hard lesson to treat customers like this. they should not be spared. go for complain.
