We, the users of Exynos 5G-based Samsung phones (S21 FE, A53, M33, A14 5G, M14, M34...), are repeatedly facing:
🔥 Excessive heating with regular 5G usage
📶 Frequent network drops (esp. Airtel 5G)
📉 Poor battery life & performance throttling
Meanwhile, Snapdragon models like A52s 5G, M52 work smoothly even on the same network & SIM.
❗This is not a “network issue” — it’s a hardware/modem-level flaw in Exynos chips.
Still, Samsung hasn’t acknowledged this — even though service centers and other users confirm it's widespread.
We deserve transparency, accountability, and at least an official statement.
👥 Many of us are either:
Selling our devices out of frustration
Switching to older Snapdragon models
Losing trust in the brand
📣 We request Samsung to stop ignoring us and respond clearly about this Exynos modem issue.
