Hello to all I have noticed a very weird issue you if you are talking for 5 minutes or 10 minutes the proximity sensor work properly but if you are talking above 25 to 30 and above I have noticed if you remove the phone from the ear while talking to anybody the screen will be black as I have not activated double tap to wake on my phone hence the screen will be black and I cannot press the the stop button

Here the phone is connected but unfortunately, as you can see the screen is black and cannot press the hang button, or any other for that matter. 
Now I had sent this problem to samsung 🙄 along with the log file. Which they say it was not delivers to them. But I am attaching my log file, which you can see... so this could also be a bug. God how 🤔 many bugs are there. But m51 is a nice phone. 👌 leave the ups and downs. Every phone has. I have seen that. I like this phone. If everything would be ok then what would be the point of Samsung members where we can discuss the problems, help each other and learn..am I right guys

The logging problem I have faced many times getting a reply from them like this.
Are you facing the proximity sensor issue even when you are using earpieces for calls??

I don't use ear peace or Bluetooth devices. Yup this happens sometimes not always. I guess I must be a bug or something. As if u keep your phone in double tap to wake option. In this your phone is never in deep sleep. It always waits for you to tap on it. Also i have noticed. That if the phone is in the pocket. And when you bring it out the time is always showing. And not the black screen. That means it is too sensitive the double tap to wake option. Hence disabled it.

Yes it might be a bug , but you can try with a earpiece and check it.
The other issue does it resolved once you disabled double tap as it is lift to wake up feature that acts like this, you can found it in the motion and sensor settings.
