During Switch off/Restart/Flight mode this phone should ask to unlock screen

During Switch off/Restart/Flight mode this phone should ask to unlock screen for security reason.
It will be beneficial when our phone will be lost, no one can switch off the phone and we can track our phone via FIND MY MOBILE.

I gave this suggestion/complaint to Samsung but still no updates.
