Dual Messenger

While using dual messenger ( whatsapp), i cannot find any downloaded images in gallery, unable to upload status, nor gifs nor send images.

 Subfolders in internal storage for dual app also disappearing now. 
  

 Ps: Tried clearing clear cache and unstalled then installed again. 

 

 Done Restart mobile too!!!

Check for permissions, is access to gallery allowed?

All done but no use ,.But from the latest posts on dual app came to found that there is a bug after the recent software update.

Samsung and whatsapp need to come with the solution.

For secondary whatsapp account use sd card
