Don't Buy Samsung m31 mobile

My M31 phone is freezing and then restarting. Some times it is not come out from booting loop. 
 All are happening after Sep'2021 update for me. It is completely software update problem. 
 
 I don't know how Samsung released the updates without crash testing. Before loosing the trust on Samsung, Please provide the update with fix. 
 
 NOTE: THIS ISSUES HAPPENING WITH MANY SAMSUNG MOBILE AFTER LATEST UPDATE. BUT SAMSUNG IS NOT TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. 
 
 UPDATE: SAMSUNG CARE WILL SAY IT WILL REQUIRE MOTHERBOARD REPLACEMENT WITHOUT CHECKING PHONE. THAT MEANS EITHER THEY ARE TELLING LIE FOR MAKING MONEY AS WARANTY ENDED JUST NOW OR INDEED SAMSUNG QUALITY HAS DEGRADED THAT EVERY SAMSUNG PHONE STARTED REQUIRING MOTHERBOARD REPLACEMENT.

So i have been contacted by Samsung, and they have also connected me with a service center, will be going there now, and will update on my experience.

My M31 from the day has been purchased is having micro sand particles entering inside the camera array. Samsung is saying that they will not cover it in warranty (don't know why)

I have no other resolution rather than living with a brand new smartphone with sand inside the camera.

This is the last time I am buying Samsung.

Have you tried filing a complaint in consumer portal?

Not yet, have visited 3 service centres all have different different excuses.

One of them even tried charging 2000 rs extra by saying that they will change the back panel.

My macro camera is all gone, telephoto is blurry and main camera gets speck of dusts in night shots with wall lights.

I will try filing a complaint in consumer forum and will share the details.

Fyi I bought this phone sealed from a local retailer in October

You have a strong case then. The manufacturer is denying you warranty for a defective device. I suggest yoj file a complaint in the online consumer forum asap

Online consumer court complaint has been filed, lets see how it goes now
