Does Samsung Max VPN slow down the internet?

     I have been using Samsung Max VPN to save mobile data.

Is it true that it slows down the internet?

Slowed down everything and jammed my S10 internet connection all the time!!!

Samsung VPN is creating lots of problems while using WiFi. WiFi speeds gets reduced too much and hardly woks if the service is on. I have no intention of using it.

Worst app ever right? It slow down my internet speed too. Thought of finding a way to improve it but now it seem don't need to aldy
