Display issue

Hi sir l use samsung m51 before 2 years but in june update of software the display was flickering,greenish,reddish l do all step which given to samsung support but still l facing the issue.This is not my issue only this issue was happening to all samsung m51 users. I also goes in service center but he says we change your display which has cost of 8000 But here my question is? In this problem l have not any fault so, why we pay 8000 This problem is in your software update so you do anything which resolve this problem. I use samsung product between 10 years but now l think samsung is worst company l never recommend to all users to buy this worst samsung product

Well even I am using m51 touch wood after every update I also cross my finger that nothing of such thing happens with me. Yes nope nothing of your sort I have faced. More over this is my 2 year going. Moving on 3rd year of the phone. So I am happy with it. 8000rs that less. I was thinking that the price of the screen would be like 12k somewhere close to it.

I really wonder how screens can get affected by software apps.

Tell me this how do you update your smartphone.

I go to settings and at the bottom software update and that's it. What do you do.

I had faced this issue in last year after September security patch update. May be the materials used in m series are not good quality. Even last week my m51 abruptly auto restarted 2 times
