I Purchased Samsung M21 on the 22nd of July 2020 on the Samsung website and the product is delivered on 28th July 2020. 3 weeks before starting a pink spot on the left bottom corner of the screen. Then it's started to spread day by day. Now you can see the current picture of my phone. I contacted Samsung Human Assistant on 11th December and I didn't get the proper response from them. And I visited near Samsung Service center They just take the phone inside the service center and will give back so fast stating  "Out of Warranty" and they asked INR 4500 for service charge. still, I am wondering that this the built-in quality of Samsung like brand, that the display will damage due to pressure without any crack or scratch on the display glass, And is this the Customer Support from a Samsung like company. very worst.  when I am checking the issue on the internet I came to know that this is not a normal issue that so many peoples are facing the same issue with their M21 and Samsung simply cheating us by stating that they can't include this in the warranty as this is not an issue from the customers. No harm from my side. Even never fall from me. As I checked in some sites, so many M21 customers have the same issue and everybody saying that this happens without anything happened from their side.

But it's a purely manufacturing defect. It just started with some pink dots and still, it is spreading. Almost 70% of my display gone.

Samsung has to consider this issue on a serious note.

if this is under warranty then why they said out of warranty you didn't ask?

I asked in the service center about the warranty they said " it's due to the pressure you applied on the screen". I used multibrand phones in the past few years. But Never faced this kind of issue and never heard this kind of answer also. Samsung has to include the pressure ranges also in the manual and advertisements ( if u pressed the screen by hands more than 3bar then the screen will damage like that ). I am wondering that this the built-in quality of the Samsung-like brand.. and I never expect this from Samsung also.
