Dear Sir/madam, I am very worried since last one month regarding the green line appear on display from m31s which came after the software update in Aug I also contacted the samsung service center for this. Who told that it is chargeable. Because this problem occurred due to software updates.i am unable to pay any charges for this. Therefore,this solution should also be found by the samsung itself. Because we have been trusting the samsung and using it's products for years. Today we hope that the samsung will maintain it's trust by solving our problem.
