Samsung M51 is one of the best samsung phone i have used till date. However, seems there is a major concern with the device. The device does not capture sound properly while using speaker. When I am voice calling/video calling on M51 using speaker, the voice is not audible to the calling person. When i am speaking on mic, then it is completely audible to the caller, but when I sit (say a few inch away from the phone), my cracked voice audible to the caller. The most critical defect is that this device does not capture/recognise children's voice atall. The calling person cannot hear if a child answers the call on M51.
Request you to please look into this issue asap. Else i would have no other option but to return the product back.

dear Samsung team i have purchased 2 M51 battery life is very good but i also facing similar issue , Mic doesn't work properly on speaker phone and kid's voice doesn't transmitted through this phone. please provide solution or take these phones back
Im also facing this typical sound issue. Whenever I am calling(voice/video) on M51 using speaker, the voice is not clearly audible to the calling person but whereas When i am speaking on mic(keeping speaker off), then it is clearly audible to the caller. Even while talking on speaker from few cms away, voice is getting cracked as received by the caller everytime. I saw the same issues are being faced by everyone. So this need to be taken care of to save the image of such a high priced and hyped samsung M51 phone
