Because, it's pretty rudimentary stuff and Samsung doesn't considers it as a feature. I'm not saying it's not helpful, it's a small thing that Samsung could have added if they would have wanted. Also, it's been over a year people are asking for this feature and yet it's not available so think about it. It would probably never come to any Samsung device.
You'd be better off by downloading some similar app from the Playstore instead of requesting over here. This forum is just for issues and bug fixes, requesting for features doesn't work here
