During IVRS call keypad becomes unresponsive hence numeric value could not be placed. This is very serious issue. I don't know if someone noticed that or not but it is very big flaw and very basic requirements which should be rectified very soon.
If someone want to try then just make a call on SBI customer care helpline using Samsung M30s 4 gb 64 gb android 10 version. I already reported this issue in bug feedback but they just told to reset the phone. As I already resetted my phone earlier for solving android 9 update related issues and lost many media files now I don't want to reset it furthermore. Do you guys have any suggestions? You are requested to kindly share them.

kindly don't do factory data reset you should try with reset settings just above the factory reset option .I think it could be helpful to you

You can check after clearing cache for the " Phone " app.
