Contact Problem

I have a problem in samsung contact app.I delete contact in app but after some hour they will automatically added. What should i do now...?

delete contact from Samsung cloud and Google account

long press on telegram app icon>app info (ibutton) >permission and deny contact permission then try again

but contact sync automatically with Google account and Samsung accounts
so first delete contacts from account
