Charging problem on m31s

Many times there is problem in charging samsung galaxy m31s with 25 watt charger. But with 15 watt charger it charges properly . I think there is some bug in smartphone which sometimes does not allow 25 watt to charge .. samsung should do something about this with an update....😠😠😠

Hi there! Did you try charging with a different 25 watt charger? Because I am using the same device and I have no problems with charging with a 25 watt charger (the one that came with the phone). Could be an issue with the charger and not the phone.

What I experience with an M31 is that the phone will charge when connected to a charger with a USB A output. Thus using a USB A to USB C cable. It will also charge with *some* chargers with a USB C output. Thus with a USB C to USB C cable. And it will charge with some chargers with a USB C output but only the first time after it has been connected to some other charger with which it consistently charges; the second time the phone is connected to that very same charger with that very same cable, it does not charge.

Would seem to be a firmware bug.
