My phone battery cant charge above 6% help..

Try wipe cache partition.

Try charging with different samsung charging adaptor. It should not show "cable charging" if you are charging with Samsun adaptor. If problem persist you might need to visit service centre. If you phone is old like 3y+ better to put in exchange and get new. Now adays it's hardly phone work more than 2-3year

The device is launched in March 2020, how it can be 3 years old??
