Getting error " can't back up while connected to mobile hotspot". Please let me know to resolve this issue.

You have to check advanced hotspot settings..like data limit/power saving option

Enabling Mobile internet then it is working, but if you enable WiFi then it is not working

That is what there must be some data restrictions with that hotspot
Or
Check cloud settings

If you are trying hotspot from someone else,please check if there is any data restrictions like data limit
