Sometimes When I open camera at that time I see given below picture which is blur or jitter. It issue was from ONEUI 6.1 after update ONEUI 7 also I see that jitter image please fix it.when I post earlier at that time from samsung team they suggest Camera reset option but that is not work please fix in next security update this is only and only software issue not any I try all things. When I see that kind of image and I shake my phone very speedy at that moment camera was clear but not first time or many times I changed the mode of camera at that time also I see this jitter camera.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

There is updated this is an problem every time not once. I irritate from this so please fix it i try all the tricks or tips which is from anywhere but problem was not solved. Fixt it or give other options. @samsungindia #samsungservice
