Am using Samsung M30s This Mobile Front Camera 13Mb And Back Camera 48 Mb But Am Handling Some Problems poorly picture Quality And Not worth For 13 And 48 Mb just using 8 and 20 mb Camera picture Quality Any Solutions Please Tell Me
Front cam is 16mp not 13mp and it feels like 5-8 mp cam.Photos in lowlight and artificial light is very bad.sharpness is missing in front cam.Only ota update can slightly improve the quality of photos.Even after ota update we will not get R7pro like photos bcoz of its sensor and aperture.
Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device. 1- Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity). 2- Turn on the Auto Flash (If Available in the Device). 3- Reset the Camera ( Camera--> Settings --> Reset of camera setting). 4- Software update via FOTA or Smart switch PC suite.
