Calling issue on 5G network in my Galaxy M52 5G

Currently I am using JIO 5G but when I receive call or calling someone the network switch to 4G. Why this is happening? anyone facing the same issue???

Whereas on OnePlus phones the calls are routed through 5G network only. There is no switching from 5G to 4G.

Bro samsung and many other brand smartphones doesn't support VoNR or Vo5G. That is why your network switch to 4G and use VoLTE for calls.

Due to this you may face call drop.

Yes. Call drop as well as network takes time to switch back to 5G. Really sad.

For samsung devices,need software update to do 5G calling.Even S series can't route calls via 5G.

You need to wait sometime.Don't worry m52 is sheduled for quarterly updates in 2023 and biannual update in 2024, anyway samsung will enable it.
