Call Reminder

Hey guys,

If I want to create a 'Call Reminder' in Samsung's Reminder App, it seems that I can only create a reminder 

• after receiving a call,
• swiping up,
• selecting the 'Remind me in 1 Hour' checkbox,
• selecting one of the messages.

However, my question is, How can I manually create a Call Reminder in Samsung's Reminder App without receiving a call?
