Buzzing sound in 3.5mm headphones/earphones

From the day i purchased my m31s, ie. 12th of this month I have a problem with my 3.5mm jack 

Whenever a tone or any music starts playing, there's a buzzing noise in background.

I never had this problem with same earphones in my old phone. Anybody with same problem???

So is it a software bug or a hardware problem as it works fine with headphones but it creates noise only when connected to external speakers,even the external mic works fine.

not sure... for me it works fine with bluetoth headphines and earphones...
disturbance will interfere only in wired earphones... that too when i use mi basic earphones disturbance is negligible but if i use boat bassheads225 or any other earphones with more bass and effects disturbance noticable...
i visited service centre regarding this issue.. they told we didn't find any such disturbance...
because that's low frequency disturbance and only found when volume is less and recognisable in quite surroundings...

am also had the same problem with m31s and because of that returned and replaced new that also having same problem so i returned and refund i planed to buy m51 but the same **bleep** will there also what the nonsence samsung doing i thing that is electric fluctuation because of reverse charging option that electric coming via 3.5mm jack also i checked with bluetooth ear phone its not coming in bluetooth ear phone better make complaint about this problem

Bro i too have the same issue in M31s..I confused whether to return or refund. if i return i think all m31s have this problem and if I refund i dnknw what to buy at this price with amoled display

yes and I too found this problem only in low volume so it is probably a software bug and Samsung should fix this asap.

I'm facing thesame problem with my new m31s which was already in service center and it not resolved my problem. Still In headphone are buzzing sound which depands what is displayed on the screen. It is interference from power menagment chip because if screen is off any noises are gone. It is true that when charger is pluged on that nois changes to hissing or whistling noises. I'm near to be confident that it's hardware issue and it will be impossible to repair this via software. Dear SAMSUNG please give us information what you are planing to do with this problem.

same issue.. even when I am typing something I can hear that buzz. like right now. tried the same earphone on other phones as well. it works well on others.
