Buzz/Static sound while listening to audio through earphone in Galaxy M31s

There is a static/buzz sound while listening to audio through an earphone using the headphone jack on my Galaxy M31s

I have already tried in safe mode, but the issue is still there

My friend also has the same buzz problem in his M31s

And many other people online has reported the same issue

Replacing the device doesn't seem to work, the problem still remains

Resetting the phone to factory state also doesn't work

It might be software issue? Anyone has any solution like maybe tweaking some settings to lower the static?

Bro you are not the only one who is facing this issue...many m31s users are reporting this issue...

I am too confused whether its software issue or a manufacturer defect ...
I think it is a manufacture defect...becoz wireless headsets are working well

I thought it was a software issue since a whole lot of users are facing the same issue. But now I'm confused too.

Maybe a whole batch of M31s has headphone jack defect

I asked my neighbour..he said that if we use mi earphones then it makes noise.. but while using boat earphones it doesn't make any noise...

But I'm using JBL earphone. Will probably have to buy a wireless one I guess

Same issue. Tried restarting the phone after being advised to do so in the Interactive Check in the Samsung Members app, all that happened was I'm now getting no sound at all through the headphones - after an initial buzzing sound anyway 😕 

Is everyone who's bought this phone just going to have to get their hands on bluetooth headphones?
