Something wrong in Samsung galaxy M04 with BSNL 4G VoLTE sim.... 4G automatically switch to 3G even srong 4G signal available at our location as bsnl tower is nearly around 1km from my home so we are getting 700mhz high speed bsnl 4g network. I am facing an issue that network automatically switch to 3g even network mode is in 2g,3g,4g auto. In my area BSNL 4g have good coverage even though my bsnl sim getting 4g when inserted in another brand mobile but in M04 4g switch automatically to 3G after one or two days even in the same location. For getting 4g network again i have to manually switch network to
3g,2g auto then again to 4g,3g,2g auto or restart device which is terrible. Tried resetting APN but it works only for 1/2 days after that again switch to 3G. I recommended bsnl 4g to my neighbor who have OPPO device still he is getting 4g so the 4g network is stable in our area.. The problem is with my device! Samsung should rollout an OTA update for M04 optimised for bsnl 4g.
Another issue is that outgoing call will not connect in 4g at first time when I dial a number but connects when I cut the call and dial the number again.

I am having same issue of network switching from 4G to 3G in Samsung Galaxy S24FE. today I have given my phone to service center. They will check. Currently I am using another phone given by them.
Samsung is loosing network reception on 700Mzh band I have checked with net monster app. This issue comes with only Samsung phones.
BSNL 4G is working fine with other mobile like iPhone and Motorola (Family Members are using BSNL SIM on it)

In most of the samsung phone BSNL 4G gets 700Mhz frequency Support but on other phone it is 2100Mhz.. May be BSNL might have activated VOLTE Support in 2100 Mhz only. Bcz In my another phone (Oppo) it gets 2100 Mhz and VOLTE Support too.

It's not like that bro.
BSNL 4g is transmitting in two bandwidth ie:700,1200mhz. 700mhz is transmitting for 1km radius from bsnl 4g tower while 2100mhz for more coverage. 700mhz offers high speed compared to 2100mhz.
Samsung devices have a low powered antenna which doesn't capable to catch the weak signal it caches only strong signal that's why samsung devices have lower SAR value compared to other brands. If you are within 1km radius from nearest BSNL 4g tower then you will get 700mhz 4g with no issue but if you are away from 1km you may get only 2100mhz however 700mhz will get in other brands from a distance around 1.5km as they can catch weak signal. In my situation BSNL 4g tower is around 0.90km so I am getting stronger 4g signal here it's a problem with samsung that it automatically switch to 3G after few hours/one/two days using 4g. When switching to 3g we have to manually switch to LTE/turn on aeroplane mode/restart device then 4g works smoothly. I think samsung should optimize their device with BSNL 4g through update as BSNL 4G launched recently.
