Bluetooth Call audio getting turned off automatically when using Galaxy Watch 4

The call audio option inside Bluetooth on my phone is getting automatically turned off when calling through Google Assistant from my Watch 4 Non LTE version. Have tried resetting watch and Bluetooth settings on phone but issue reoccured. This watch has been facing the issue of calls getting redirected to phone when I make calls through watch through Google Assistant, visited Samsung service centre and they suggested to use an Samsung phone as it worked with them. And, I did bought M53 for this and now it's working intermittently. Forsay, once connected to Bluetooth and if I call more than 6 to 7 times from watch through Google Assistant within this period the call audio inside Bluetooth on phone is getting turned off automatically and then the calls made from watch is getting redirected to phone which is really annoying. Later, The watch would also show an error message to turn on call audio for Bluetooth. I have sent multiple emails stating the same issue to the wearable app developer but no response.
