Galaxy M*Check Battery Usage*
First, check which apps are consuming the most battery power. Go to _Settings_ > _Battery and device care_ > _Battery_ > _Battery usage_. This will give you an idea of which apps are draining your battery.
*Adjust Settings to Conserve Battery*
Here are some additional tips to help conserve your battery:
- *Turn off Background App Refresh*: Disable this feature for apps that don't need it. Go to _Settings_ > _Connections_ > _Data usage_ > _Background data usage_.
- *Lower Screen Brightness*: Reduce the screen brightness or turn on Auto-brightness. Go to _Settings_ > _Display_ > _Brightness_.
- *Turn off Location Services*: Disable Location Services for apps that don't need it. Go to _Settings_ > _Connections_ > _Location_.
- *Use Power Saving Mode*: Enable Power saving mode to limit CPU performance, reduce screen brightness, and turn off unnecessary features. Go to _Settings_ > _Battery and device care_ > _Battery_ > _Power saving_.
*Additional Troubleshooting Steps*
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, try:
- *Restarting your device*: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve the issue.
- *Checking for software updates*: Ensure your device is running the latest software. Go to _Settings_ > _Software update_ > _Download and install_.
- *Resetting app preferences*: Go to _Settings_ > _Apps_ > _Menu (three dots)_ > _Reset app preferences_.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider visiting a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.
