Battery drain issue after one UI 2 android 10 update

Hi... My M50 was just 6 months old and was having a tremendous battery life under android 9 pie OS. Last month I updated to one UI 2.0 ANDROID 10 and after the update my batter was draining so fast even after minimal usage. That was quite unusual to me. It was so annoying to see the battery draining rapidly. So kindly let me know how to overcome this issue...

reset to factory setting

After factory reset is it possible to roll back to android 9?..

No ....whatever version you are using at present will exist after reset

ok.. how about flashing the older android 9 image instead of 10.. will that work...

as of now do these settings to save more battery
1. Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings

2. Location>improve accuracy >disable
A. Wifi scanning
B. Bluetooth scanning .

3. Google >click on 3dot>usage and diagnostics >off this option

4. developer option >background limit>no background processes.

5. Long press on each app specially 3rd party and rarely used app>app info>

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.

6. Device care>battery >select "optimised and adaptive power saving.


and wait for next update

this bugs are know issue in android 10 ui 2, suggestions are useless you need to wait for bug fix update from samsung

yeh.. I have done 2 more bug fix updates after the f***ing android 10... but still no use...
