Battery Issue

I just Checked and found out that my battery health is in Bad condition. And believe me its in bad condition. The charging speed is low and it's consuming lots of battery and IDK where it goes. 

Any solution on this?

If your device is under warranty, then visit an authorized service center and get the battery replaced free of charge. If your device is out of warranty, then you'll have to pay.

It's under warranty bro. I'll contact the service center tomorrow then and I'll ask for the information. Will they delete all my data? Will it affect my phone? How much time will it take?

Your data will not be affected, but it is always recommended to keep a backup just in case.

Time taken will depend on the availability, if the battery is available, it won't take much time, but if it isn't, then you'll have to wait as they will order the battery and then change it, might take 2-3 days in that case.
