My samsung m31s started to get auto restart from past 2 days and I couldn't find any solution kindly solve this issue...

In m31 smartphones has a motherboard issue so ur phone is underwarranty to change motherboard free otherwise u will pay for motherboard. It is the solution of ur phone

1. Make sure your Android OS is up to date
2. Check storage and clear space if needed
3. Close apps you’re not using
4. Remove case and external batteries if using
5. Check Device Care and see if auto-restart is enabled
6. Check for bad apps and uninstall them

I don't want to spend 8-9k on 1 year old phone(and also it's not my fault that it has faulty motherboard from the start)so if anyone has other than that any idea kindly share

After update software I have facing restart problem in sumsung m31s.1 day 4 to 5 time restart. It's a software problem or what .please explain me.

I couldn't understand that as well but if you visit to service centre they will simply say it's a motherboard issue and advice you to change it l.if your phone is in under warranty period change it and if not than my advice is to exchange it and buy some other brand
