Auto restart and stucks while opening Jiosaaavn app and also login process stucks in spotify in M53

Same issue arises in my M53 device that is on opening of JioSaavn app the UI got stucks and phone restarts automatically. This is worst thing that can be seen in M53 device.
And also I went to the service center they said that everything is fine and samsung does not take responsibility of third party apps.
But Still problem persist even after full testing and diagnosis by authorized service center .
It's something unsatisfactory that you  buy a mobile phone worth Rs 26,499 and still you getting this light app issue.

Please kindly replace my phone ..I am not satisfied with the present device
Samsung please look into this..and do the needful

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).

I had already done this troubleshooting methods and also the problem still persist .and also the phone stucks while accepting a call the green call button not working touch button properly

It's My very worst experience of using a Samsung phone in 26K budget ,toblem persists from the very first day I had received the phone but there is many problem arises..and also the solutions are not working .
This is not fair.
So please, Strictly resolve the issue or exchange my device @Samsung

I too facing problem from day 1, not a good mobile paying 26500/-, simply waste of money, My old mobile Realme 2pro was better than this, one day also didn't hang, this is simply waste of money & created ppl
