Auto restart and stucks while opening Jiosaaavn app and also login process stucks in spotify in M53

Same issue arises in my M53 device that is on opening of JioSaavn app the UI got stucks and phone restarts automatically. This is worst thing that can be seen in M53 device.
And also I went to the service center they said that everything is fine and samsung does not take responsibility of third party apps.

But Still problem persist even after full testing and diagnosis by authorized service center .
It's something unsatisfactory that you  buy a mobile phone worth Rs 26,499 and still you getting this light app issue.

Please kindly replace my phone ..I am not satisfied with the present device
Samsung please look into this..and do the needful

Yes but the confusion is that the problem was in app only in Samsung M53 device , it runs smoothly in other phones

yes yes.. then this app has corrupt codes .. tht r not matching with the device .. and causing this issue.

but on other devices such is not.

Yes , but waiting for the solution by Samsung officially.
Can it be improved by software updates?

i only saw one or two post about this.
so dnt know about all or some .

u can post a new post asking the users to check this in their Devices..
(but in last write there are chances of freezing ,do it at on own risk.)

It's happening with me as well in my samsung m53 5g. The app was working well with samsung a8 star. Samsung should look into the problem.
