My Samsung galaxy M21 freeze and auto restarted 5 to 8 times in a day.

It is because of last buggy software update, change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again. Even Brand ambassadors including @CrazyBoy28 raised this on senior level, but Samsung ignored them, what can we do apart from never choosing samsung again and giving them lesson in form of dropping down sales.

Goto the service center and tell them to update the phone (make backup of your data)
They'll SMART SWITCH THE latest package and format the phone and give you back
I tried with my friend's m31 and it worked.
It's working good now.

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.
