I bought Samsung M21 in July 2021 and it was working well until last month. Since, last month it freezes for a while and restart . It happens each and everyday. I have searched on YouTube and Google for the solution and I found that I am not the only victim of this issue many others is facing same issue like me. I took all the measures like turned off the daily optimization, run the device in safe mode and factory reset the mobile twice but still I faced the same problem. This issue made me upset and frustrating. After that I visited the nearest Samsung Service Centre and tell them about the issue and they updated the software, for few hours it works well but again I was disappointed, still I was facing the issue. After being more frustrated I called Samsung Customer Care and they told to'visit service centre once again and ask them what's the problem' . Then I again visited the service center and told them that I 'am still facing the issue' they told me to change the motherboard and that will cost around 8k INR.
Accordingly if we replace motherboard this device will cost me around 23k INR and if that was my budget then better I will bought best smartphone in that.
Samsung really disappointed me and for sure if this issue is not resolved, I am not going to buy any Samsung Device Further.
I am feeling like it's new way of business by Samsung to earn as much profit they can.

Drop a mail in Samsung ceo desk's email and call Samsung's customer care number and elaborate your problem and the response you got from the service center. And ask for a free replacement of motherboard because this is their fault, not yours. They're rolling out faulty system updates and vandalising our devices.

And in last two days I've seen a post in members app where the person got his device repaired(motherboard replaced) for free and a guy told me in one post's comment box that Samsung India has finally acknowledged this issue and repairing devices for free.

You should actually watch this video too. This guy is a big youtuber and have come forward to help users with this restart issue. Watch it and send the email as he told in this video.....not sure if it'll be any help but you should at least try!

indeed, I had my display changed due to impact damage. the phone was perfectly fine for 2 years, no reboots, no annoyance. after I got the display changed. the phone started freezing and rebooting randomly. this comment was posted on day 4, the phone now even refuses the force reboot combination. I seriously doubt the Samsung service center engineer's workmanship and training. how does a perfectly fine phone has suddenly "motherboard issues" as soon as its display got changed? this seems nothing more than an Apple-style money-making scheme by timely disabling customer phones to have them buy the latest ones.

funny that on day one of the display repair itself the issue started and that night I just accepted the fate and slept. day 2 had it kind of working in the morning but it again gave up on day 3.

my device is a GALAXY m31
