Is it a true Myth, Sir...? If yes, how could we Differentiate the Korean or Non-Korean units, being a Citizen of India.?

yes... there would be written
'Made in Korea' are mostly for the Korean users...

and 'Made in India' are for the Indian varient
like M series are a major consumer ane made (specially) for the needs of Indian customers.

and not sure but it might be the case, the korean varient has better internet connectivity...but using other varient in India may limit few functionality which can present in Indian varient...
so, if you think of buying made in any other region and import it, you should do proper research before purchase (for e.g., many countries has not permit to use secure folder, and so not enable in their regional varient devices)

Okay..
I have M51, which is a Made in India product, and Once Someone told me about this South Korean Variant that they are Very Good in Internet Connectivity than other variants, even in India, and this is my first Samsung Smartphone, so I thought to Upraise this Question which should I think Create an Awareness among the Indian Consumers even about their Taste and the Good Point you mentioned SIR, that they need to do a Proper Research before making any Purchase... As Samsung does some Partiality with the M-Series, by Making A-Series and S-Series more SUPERIOR and HIGH-END Smartphones, receiving some Uniqueness(In Build Quality, Design, Complexity, UI, Skin) and not to forget, the Full Version of One UI, which is Absent for M-Series... This should also be an Issue to be Raised for M-Series Users...
