Issue : Issue is the right most app, on quick access grid/drawer at bottom on home screen automatically launches. The launched app keeps on relaunching even after closing the app. This blocks the device completely. This happens in every 3-4 days. This needs a restart, which is not possible as the app keeps coming back on the screen and blocks all actions.
You can try at service centre . Mostly the people there are hardware guys. This diagnosis requires an app developer aka firmware developer who can debug and run an error checking routine. Nevertheless it is worth a try.
