Any idea how to disable GOS( game optimization service)

Go to apps -> Samsung app setting-> Game booster & disable all the options. Then in Samsung app settings, find Game Optimizing, & remove all its permissions. You can't disable this app, but you can remove all permissions.
Then, again go to apps & find Game launcher, remove its all permissions & disable it.
These steps should resolve your problems.

I never beg. It's just that the person seeking solution has to be reminded that the solution-giver be given due credit. Nothing wrong in it. Solution-seekers may often forget to do so. You can disable game launcher but you cannot disable game optimization services
