My m21 phone has following software information, does it get android 13 update or not? I am from Nepal.
Samsung Galaxy M21 has reached its end of life, meaning that there wont be any further (official) Android updates for it. It might receive security patches, but wont get new Android operating system updates from its manufacturer.
It was launched in India 2020 also, it came pre-installed with One UI 2.0 based on Android 10 out of the box.
And the Galaxy M21 phones are eligible for two generations of Android OS upgrades, as per Samsung’s upgrade policy. As the device has already received the major Android 12 update and it is not eligible for next Android OS update. 😔
