i want to know that when will samsung m20 get the update of android 11

It already received 2 major OS upgrades android 9 and 10. So it won't receive android 11.

No, it will not get Android 12 since samsung promised only two major OS updates for its midrange devices and it already got two major OS updates that were Android 9 and 10 so it will not get Android 11.
