Is anyone using Samsung M30s? if so, could you please confirm whether you got the update request from SS as one of my friends who is using the same phone had updated his phone recently? His phone got stuck and couldn't do anything post updation. Eventually, he is not able to use his phone now. He went to SS showroom where he was told to pay Rs.6500/- repair the same. He has also noticed at the showroom that more than 6 customers had the same issues.
Please think twice before purchasing the Samsung phones.
If you know the solution for this issue please let me know.
My phone got the same problem sometimes back on december and they said the motherboard has a defect and it costs about 9500. I changed the phone atlast and also noted that many other m30s users had the same issue including my friend.
