Never expect any updates from Samsung..because all developers are dead so Samsung stopped giving updates..better change mobile buy oppo or vivo or oneplus or redmi for getting every month updates faster & stable..
take backup of your important data and factory reset(formet) your phone if you are the only one facing that issue. sometimes some crappy apps that you use are the cause of all issues so delete uncertified and advertisement containing apps.
