After updating my m32 4g mobile to one ui 4.1 some bad change or bug..??

After update ui 4.1 on my Samsung m32 4g ...a silent bar icon continuing appear ...and i dont able to remove I'm not found any options to remove  it....its feel so irritating...at time of using phone are watching videos or photos pls help me

After your advice I do factory reset setting but it doesn't work....and I don't now the means of wipe cache partition what is it and how to do it...pls explain..and THANKS for reply

Settings>>accessibility >>advanced >>accessibility button>> deselect all actions
