Fully money minded company scam-sung (samsung). Yesterday I have received a call from samsung head office, simply they are telling this issue not because of software update, and he is telling no other users reporting this issue, but here it self many users are facing same issue after update. Finally they are asking 9000Rs to changing display. There is no physical damage in my mobile then why customer pay the amount? Please everyone post this issue in social media platforms like X, insta,etc..
